I was born in Nanjing, China. This beautiful ancient city has nurtured my love and passion for traditional culture and art. I often visit different cities and countries to learn about diverse cultures, but I found it hard for me to understand unfamiliar cultures without learning about the history. This also became my motivation for telling stories that everyone can understand the subject’s value.

My undergraduate studies have an interdisciplinary background in Media Production, Journalism, and Information Technology.  I have learned how to tell a compelling and intriguing factual story using digital tools. When creating multi-media projects, I found my interest in immersive storytelling and XR technology. I believe they will become a big trend in the digital future, as I saw their possibilities of reforming the human learning process and the way we perceive the world.

I have started to apply immersive narration for promoting Chinese traditional cultures and art in my solo works. In my future career, I would like to cooperate with museums and galleries to create engaging immersive stories, pass on Chinese traditions, and introduce my culture to the world.
